Contest

Students must come up with an original recipe for the contest.  Once created, they take a photo of their recipe and  the recipe and photo need to be uploaded to your school page on MyFoodies.com.

To upload the recipe, simply log in, click on the MyFoodies Icon on the top right and click.  Go to dashboard.  You will see add new recipe. Click on add new recipe and follow the prompts.  Be sure you click on publish and not draft or it will not load to the public page.

Also, be sure and name the dish with the students name.  If you don't want to use full names, a first name or last name is fine.  This just makes it easier for their family and friends to find their recipe to vote on it.  Example:  Cindy's Sugar Cookies Or Cindy Smith's Sugar Cookies

When the date of the contest starts you can then start emailing me recipe links. (see event page on the website for dates)

Once uploaded to your page, email the URL link to me at Lori@Boostersinc.net and tell me, this is for the recipe contest.

I will collect them until the Facebook post date, then upload it to our FB page on the date for the contest. 

The recipes will be up on the Facebook page for several days up to a week depending on the contest and month. (see dates on site)  The recipes will only be posted once and only recipes in the contest will be posted that week on our Facebook page.

The recipe with the most likes from our 1.2 Million Facebook fans wins on the contest date end. 

Students can share their recipe on Facebook with friends and family to get them to vote (like their recipe)

The winner will be announced on Facebook. 

The winner will have their recipe photo in our huge slider on our home page for a week.  

The winner and the school will get a profile post on our Facebook page.

The winner will win a prize as well.  It will be different for each contest and it will be shipped to the student or school. 

There will be one contest each month.

COMPETITION: STUDENTS MAYBE COMPETING AGAINST OTHER SCHOOLS AS THE MONTHLY CONTEST ARE FOR ALL SCHOOLS ON MYFOODIES.COM.  HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE WILL BE JUDGED SEPARATELY BUT MAY BE UP AT THE SAME TIME.

IF AT ANYTIME YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR OWN CONTEST BETWEEN YOUR STUDENTS ONLY, JUST LET ME KNOW WHAT TYPE OF CONTEST AND WHEN YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO IT...AND WE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN.
